The Nautilus Bar+Grill is a contemporary food concept created by our Head Chef Richard Tuohy. The menu focuses on top quality grilled meats and seafood influenced by tastes of the tropics. Popular with local dinners the Nautilus Bar+Grill has a capacity for up to 100 guests in the Restaurant and a further 80 guests on the three palm fringed terraces one of which can be fully enclosed for private dinners. The Nautilus Bar also features a "dine or drink" license so you are not obliged to dine if you just want to meet friends for a casual drink.
